The order of submission of applications and requirements for work

7.1 Materials for the Competition are accepted in electronic form in Russian, Serbian-Croatian or English.

7.2 The works of primary schoolchildren can be presented in paper (scanned) form.

7.3 The research work should be a complete scientific research and contain:

a) title page and contents (table of contents);

b) introduction (1-2 pages), reflecting the relevance, purpose and objectives of the work, scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance;

c) experimental or practical part;

d) proposals, design solutions, as well as forecasting, contributing to the successful solution of the investigated problem of local or regional scale and related to a particular field of knowledge and science;

e) a list of scientific and other used literature - at least 25 sources;

e) applications - complementary material.

g) the amount of work should not exceed 25 pages of typewritten text printed at 1.0 spacing, in Times New Roman font, size 14. The distance from the border of the sheet to the text on the left is 25 mm, on the right - 15 mm, from the top and bottom lines of the text to sheet borders - 20 mm. The page number is placed in the upper right corner. Paragraphs in the text should begin with an indent of 10 mm. The illustrative material attached to the work should also be made in A4 format.

7.4 The structure of the project should contribute to the disclosure of the selected topic and its individual issues. All parts of the project work should be set out in a strict logical sequence and relationship.

Content of the project work:

a) title page and contents (table of contents);

b) introduction (1-2 pages) provides justification for the relevance of the selected topic, the purpose and objectives of the work;

c) the main part consists of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, first, the basic information about the object of the project-a specific organization, institution or enterprise, then the essence of the problem under study is revealed, various approaches to its solution are considered, and their assessment is given.

In the practical part, a detailed analysis of the subject of research is carried out; its main parameters and characteristics are described. On the basis of the material presented in the previous sections, the real practical situation is considered and options for solving problems are proposed;

d) conclusion: theoretical and practical conclusions on all sections of the work;

e) the list of references is carried out in alphabetical order and should include, as a rule, not less than 15 sources;

(e) annexes-supporting material;

g) the amount of work should not exceed 15 pages of typewritten text printed at 1.0 interval, font Times New Roman, size 14. Distance from the edge of the sheet to the left - 25 mm, right 15 mm, from the upper and lower lines of text to the border of the sheet is 20 mm. the page Number is placed in the upper right corner. Paragraphs in the text should begin with an indentation equal to 10 mm. The accompanying illustrative material should also be made in A4 format.

7.5 The title page should contain:

- name of the competition;

- full name of the student

- full name of the educational institution;

- name of the scientific work (project);

- full name of the supervisor, his position, academic degree.

The title page must be certified by the seal of the institution.

7.6 Each research and design work is necessarily accompanied by a review by the supervisor, and optionally by a scientific review (optional).

7.7 Works sent in violation of the design requirements are not allowed to participate in the Competition.

7.8 The material is prepared in MS WORD format, file name - Surname Name of the author of the work (for example, Petrov Nikolay); Support files necessary for presenting design or research work may also be attached.

7.9 For e-mailing, it is advisable to archive the tender material. The maximum size of the archive with competitive work is 100 MB. The archived folder should contain: the application (Appendix 1), the competitive work and the receipt of payment (Appendix 2).
